 Topographical surveys  are conducted to identify and map the contours of any given piece of land and any features that exist above or below ground, such as buildings, services, roads and vegetation for land development purposes.  TEK Land Surveyors can carry out a topographical survey for any size of land and produce a topographical plan within two working days. 

 Scheme Plan is a subdivision design plan which accompanies resource /subdivision consent application. It is important to get a Licensed Surveyor to design and draw your scheme plan for you to avoid unnecessary delays in getting your consent through council.  The Height in Relation to Boundary is council requirement/rule that aim to avoid buildings on one site to physically dominate another site. The Rule also seek to address the effects that the positioning of new buildings or additions to existing buildings may have in reducing neighbouring buildings access to daylight and sunlight. Council require only a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to certify that your building meet the required standards. TEK Land Surveyors has a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who can survey and calculate Height in Relation to Boundary and issue certification according to council requirements.   

 A set-out survey is a critical technical procedure used by surveyors to transfer a building or architectural/engineering designs onto the land or existing structures by setting out its exact position in the 'real world'.
